How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £2.99 for orders under £20, £4.99 from £20 to £99.99, and free from £100. Large toys such as ride-ons and the wooden piano ship at £7.99. We deliver within the UK only, and the exact rate shows at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Everything we sell is on our own shelves in Arundel, so we pick and pack orders ourselves, usually the next working day. Most parcels arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch, and you will get a tracking email as soon as yours is on its way.
Can I collect from the shop?
Yes. Choose pick up at checkout and we will email when it is ready, usually within the hour during opening hours, at 25 Tarrant Street, Arundel.
Can I return something?
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original condition with the packaging and labels attached. Please contact us first so we know to expect it. Returns can be posted to lille folk, 25 Tarrant Street, Arundel BN18 9DG, or brought into the shop.
Do you offer free returns?
No. We are a small shop, so for change-of-mind returns you cover the return postage — we recommend a tracked service. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the postage and refund you in full.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund your original payment method within 14 days. There are no restocking fees.
How do I choose the right size?
Every maker sizes differently, so each product page lists the sizes it comes in and our size guide explains each brand's sizing. If a child is between sizes, go up — everything here is cut to be grown into. Feet are easier to get right in person: we measure and fit in the shop, no charge and no obligation.

Monday to Saturday 10:30–17:00, at 25 Tarrant Street, Arundel, West Sussex BN18 9DG.
