Superfit
Superfit is Austrian and sized in EU. The lengths are the foot lengths Superfit give for each size — measure the foot and read across; growing room is already allowed for. UK sizes are the usual conversion.

Some styles come in different widths (M medium, W wide); the product page says which.
Between sizes, take the larger.
How to measure — stand the child barefoot on paper, heel to a wall, mark the longest toe, measure heel to mark. Measure both feet and use the longer one.
